1000 dresses

In May of 2012 I was moved by a youtube video posted by Sewing With Nancy, in which she shared the pattern and background behind the Little Dresses for Africa organization.

Inspired by their story, I have pledged to sew 1000 dresses to donate to this amazing charity.  Why 1000?  Because I needed a big number, something to push myself to complete, something that sounded impossible and unattainable.

Because impossibility builds faith.
