As far as inspiration goes, I'm fairly easy to please. A twirly skirt, great shoes, bows or dots or bows and dots. But this skirt...OMG.
Now if someone would just point me in the direction of a suitable print, I'll be knocking this off asap.

Ooooh, it's "ice cream by the seaside!" Finding a print will be tricky, especially if you want proper dress fabric rather than home-dec or quilting cotton. BUT, if you did find it, what a skirt you would have!
