I saw this - what a wonderful 'speach' she gave! She's so very right! I am so much more than a number on the scale. This just reminds me of seeing today's super skinny anorexic supermodels compared to the bombshells of the past. I think I'd rather look like Jennifer or Marilyn over any of the skinny minnies of today. g

She's a very beautiful woman (on the outside and apparently on the inside too). Thank you for sharing this one, angie! I hope more and more people take to heart that looks, while important in reprsenting yourself, are not the only thing that represents you no matter what your "issue" is, being "too fat" or "too thin" or having the "wrong" teeth or hair or skin.
I saw it too - good for her for using her position to get the bullying out there ! She's a beautiful woman and she (and none of us) should worry about what others think.
