I haven't read the books, but I went last night to the movies with a friend. We were hoping for a livelier crowd, but there was an audible gasp shortly after one character experienced a head wound. Oh, my! Here I was think thinking that all the guys in the Pacific northwest wore flannel shirts..... :)
Our theater was all sold out which bummed me and DD out totally. After reading the books, I am so Team Jacob. I liked their dynamic better I guess. I felt like it was so much more passionate!
I took the girls on the weekend and can also report audible gasps in the theatre with the shirt removal scene. DD's friend who went to the first screening (at midnight) reported that the screaming of teen girls was extremely loud, lol. I'm now under pressure to take them again. I think I can be persuaded. ;)
