I'm taking the afternoon off tomorrow to go to my 11 year-old's first ever Band Concert. It's a Christmas theme, of course. (We still do that here, thank goodness.) He plays saxophone.
It should be very entertaining.
I find it interesting that they're only having the concert in the middle of the day, not at night....was this to discourage parents from attending or are they just trying to protect us? ;)
I wouldn't miss it for the world!!
