Ooooh, it's "ice cream by the seaside!" Finding a print will be tricky, especially if you want proper dress fabric rather than home-dec or quilting cotton. BUT, if you did find it, what a skirt you would have!
I have rules for buying rtw verses making my own and this definitely qualifies for the "most amazing print ever that I will never ever find anything like it again as long as I live" category.
